Un hotel hermoso, muy tranquilo, habitaciones limpias, servicios excelente, la ubicación, buena, PERO CREO QUE DARIA MAS ESTE HOTEL, CON MAS GENTE, MAS PUBLICIDAD DIGITAL MAS AVISO DE HOYEL DESDE LA CALLE, PORQUE SE PIETDE ENTRE LA URBANIDAD, LETRERO MAS GRANDE , EN LA NOCHE LUCES , pero lo recomiendo en tu visita a Pachuca ....
Me gustó mucho y vale la pena el precio. Podrían hasta cobrar un poquito más. La fachada es muy bonita y por dentro es sencillo pero bonito, muy limpio y sin malos aromas. No hay aire acondicionado, pero aún así, se sentía fresca (agosto de 2022 después de una intensa lluvia). Si bien vi nunca un sólo canal de la TV, pues no sé darles opinión... pero no iba a ver tele. Agua calientita, cama muy grande y algo dura, pero así me gusta. Sí lo recomiendo. Saludos y excelente día.

Super cómodo, sin ruido,muy grandes y amplias habitaciones, con un excelente servicio,y precio accesible lo único malo es que no son habitaciones de 12 horas
Tiene sabanas estampadas y eso no me gusto mucho, a diferencia cuando son blancas se ven impecables, tiene agua caliente, no tiene aromatizante. Esta un poco empolvado.

Buena atención del personal, los colchones para estadía son incómodos pero para un día o el rato están bien Su restaurante no está en servicio creo que es lo único malo
